The methods we use
Our method comes from the dialogue between the different skills in our team (engineering, education, clinical and technical). It always starts from listening directly to the people who will use the service. We alternate fieldwork, discussions with users and practical testing of solutions. Each time, we adapt our tools to the context and the people involved, including people with cognitive or communication disabilities.
